"MBODÉ' sprouted from a single idea, passed from one great woman to the next, branching out to sow seeds of innovation and growth, cultivating an ever-expanding garden of possibilities."
- Hannah
Hello, I'm Hannah, and I'm delighted to share my wellness journey with you.
Raised in a family deeply rooted in an active military lifestyle, fitness and health have always been central in my life. While my early years were filled with intense boot camps and rigorous fitness routines, life's twists and turns led me to a more mindful approach to well-being.
After becoming a parent to three beautiful children, I experienced a profound awakening that prompted me to reassess my lifestyle and prioritise balance and self-discovery. Transitioning from rigid structures to embracing a softer, more intuitive way of living, I embarked on a journey of inner exploration.
Navigating through societal expectations and personal challenges, I sought my own path to authenticity and fulfillment. Through reflection, experimentation, and learning, I uncovered the power of mindfulness, mindful movement, and nourishment as pillars of holistic wellness.
Inspired by my own journey, I envisioned a space where individuals could come together, free from judgment, to nurture their unique paths to wellness.
I have always aspired to create a wellness center to cater to everyone's needs, providing friends with a space to learn, grow, and expand themselves. I yearned to create a space where people can be reminded of how to connect to themselves again in order to listen to the power of their own wisdom. This vision led to the creation of MBODÉ, a sanctuary for holistic well-being and self-discovery.
Open Communication, Honesty, Equality, Authenticity, Attentiveness & Aim for 1% better each day.

Despite her intense approach, Hannah prioritises a balanced view of fitness, emphasising the importance of both anaerobic and cardiovascular exercises. She strongly encourages that all workouts are complemented with deep stretches through yoga and that the core foundation is established first. Born and raised on a quiet island, as a child, I was fortunate to have lots of freedom to explore, often barefoot and never far from the ocean. This upbringing nurtured an early interest in living in harmony with nature, eating fresh from the garden, and caring for my body holistically. Discovering yoga felt like a natural progression. My interest in yoga deepened at 19 when I immersed myself in my first yoga teacher training. From there, I traveled to India, delving even deeper, and I've never looked back!
I feel grateful every day to have found and to be able to share this practice. It brings me great peace, openness, and strength in my body, and an overall better outlook and quality of life.
